Your table will be delivered by truck directly to your residence. However, if delivery restrictions exist—such as narrow streets, one-way roads, construction zones, or hilly terrain—that prevent the truck from reaching your doorstep, you will be required to unload the table at the nearest accessible location where the truck can park. For remote areas, buildings with limited access, or deliveries requiring stairs, elevators, or special handling, additional charges may apply. Any extra fees will be quoted separately.

In-stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs and a restocking fee will apply. We take product packaging very seriously and follow strict packing standards to ensure safe transportation. However, transit-related damage may still occur due to factors beyond our control.

To protect your rights, please report any damage within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt. We will review each claim based on the specific circumstances and make every effort to achieve the best possible outcome for your project.

As the consignee, you should at minimum inspect the outer packaging before signing for the delivery. Any visible issues—such as footprints, dents, impact marks, crushed corners, or board/carton damage—must be clearly noted on the delivery note / proof of delivery (POD) at the time of receipt, and supporting photos should be retained whenever possible.

Please note: if visible damage is not recorded on the delivery note at the time of delivery, it may be deemed as “received in good condition,” which could result in loss of eligibility for compensation.

We provide a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unreasonable use, or external factors. Warranty Coverage Includes:
  • Free supply of touch-up paint or wood wax oil
  • Guidance on proper product use and care
Warranty Does Not Include:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance or care
  • Damage from external factors
  • Any damage caused by pets

To keep your product in optimal condition, please follow these care guidelines:
  1. Protect from water stains Wipe up spills immediately using a soft cotton or microfiber cloth. Do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaning chemicals.
  2. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources Sudden temperature changes, excessive humidity, or extremely dry environments may cause warping or cracking.
  3. Use protective pads Do not place hot or damp items directly on the surface without protection. We recommend using tablecloths, placemats, or coastersto prevent permanent marks.
