Shipping and Delivery

  1. Domestic Shipping Services:
    Aurora Table offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (excluding remote areas), and we cover any applicable taxes and duties for domestic orders.

Remote Area Shipping:
For deliveries to remote areas such as Hawaii, Oregon, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada, an additional remote area shipping fee will apply. The exact fee will depend on the package size and delivery distance. For a quote, please contact us at Auroraepoxytable@gmail.com.

  1. International Shipping Services:
    Aurora Table provides international shipping services, not only to the U.S. and Canada but also to most countries worldwide. While we strive to offer global shipping services, we are currently unable to ship to certain regions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and India.
  2. Shipping Methods:
    Your table will be delivered directly to your doorstep by truck. However, if there are delivery restrictions such as narrow streets, one-way streets, construction zones, or hilly terrain preventing the truck from reaching your home, you will need to unload at the nearest point the truck can access.
    Please note: The truck delivery will be handled by a single driver, and their unloading capacity is limited.
  3. Unloading Services:
    • For tables under 90 inches:Truck unloading is free of charge.
    • For tables over 90 inches:
  • Customer unloading (recommended: 3-6 people):If your table is longer than 90 inches (approximately 232 cm), you will be responsible for unloading. We recommend arranging 3-6 people to assist with unloading.
  • Freight company unloading (additional $600):If your table exceeds 90 inches, the freight company will handle unloading, but an additional $600 will be charged. Please note, truck unloading is not recommended as it is typically more expensive. This is due to the cost of renting a forklift and having a forklift operator present. We recommend renting a forklift locally to save on these costs.
  • Freight company unloading and professional installation (additional $800):For tables longer than 90 inches, the freight company will handle unloading for an additional $600. Professional installation (by a third-party installer) is available for an additional $200. The total cost for unloading and installation will be $800. This service includes unloading and professionally installing the table in the specified location.

Shipping FAQs

  1. How long will my package take to arrive?
    The shipping time for your epoxy resin table depends on your order type and location.
    • Custom Products:
  • Standard Delivery:Custom epoxy resin tables will be completed within approximately 9-12 weeks after design approval and delivery date.
  • Expedited Shipping:Custom epoxy resin tables will be ready in about 6-9 weeks after design approval and delivery date.
    Please note: The production and delivery time for custom wood tables are estimated. As our products are handmade, we can only provide an estimated delivery window and cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
    • In-Stock Products:
  • Standard Delivery:In-stock wood tables will take approximately 5-8 weeks for delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping:In-stock wood tables will take about 3-5 weeks for delivery.
  1. How are products packaged and shipped?
    Our products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Each piece is tightly wrapped in protective blankets and placed in a sturdy wooden crate to prevent any damage during transit. Rest assured, your product will arrive in perfect condition.
  2. How can I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information. Please note, carrier updates and scanning may be delayed.
  3. How can I change my delivery address?
    Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Aurora Table is not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses. If you notice any errors, please contact us immediately at support@auroratable.combefore the shipment is dispatched. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
  4. Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?
    Orders may be delayed due to bad weather, flight delays, or other shipping issues. While some packages may arrive early, others may be delayed, especially in remote areas. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@auroratable.com.
  5. I only received part of my order. Where is the rest of it?
    We ship from different warehouses using multiple carriers, so some items may arrive sooner than others. If you have not received all your items, please provide your order number, and we will check the status of the remaining items.
